"Just... just saw him, alright?" my dad chimed in from the side, "He's still young, maybe looking for a chance."

"He's got money, he can find anyone!" my mom popped her pencil, the end snapping loudly. "But no, he's still after you. What's he going to do, follow me around?" She made a disgusted face, then suddenly calmed down, tapping her chin. "Wait, did he ask about me? Or about you? No, he probably didn't. Stupid guy."
